Bayshore, in collaboration with Pinellas Pharmaceuticals, provides the full range of Sales, Marketing, Promotion and Distribution services for not only our internally developed and manufactured products, but also for our global manufacturing partners. These fee for services include the registration of our partners and their products on both the State and Federal levels.

Working directly with the Executive Managament of Pinellas, Bayshore provides our partners with the much-needed assistance to access the Retail Chains, Wholesalers/Distributors and Mail-Order markets. Strategic business and marketing plans are developed for each individual product in coordination with our partners. Participation in all major trade/industry shows & events ensure our partners that their products are being promoted to the appropriate target markets, with unparalleled access to national and regional “trade” customers.

Bayshore is implementing a turn-key and transparent system for accounting, sales reconciliation and inventory control to manage our manufacturer agreements. This transparency represents the KEY ingredient to a mutually successful and long-term business relationship with our manufacturing partners.

  • Began career in generic industry as National Sales Manager at SST Corporation and Betachem Inc.
  • BS Degree from Syracuse University.

As an experienced executive and entrepreneur in the specialty pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Moshier has extensive experience in organizational re-structuring, sales/marketing, operations, strategic sourcing & procurement, strategic planning, product portfolio selection and general management. He has proven experience in establishing and building the US business for international-based manufacturing companies (India, EU, and Asia).
